How To Embed Video in The WordPress Without Messing Code

If you are using Word Press as blogging platform then you may be already familiar with Word Press editor auto clean function because of this behavior you can not enter html code in the way you want in editor. Word Press TinyMCE editor automatically clean up html code.  However i find this feature cool and useful because whatever you put in Word Press editor, it automatically create clean HTML code and wipe out all HTML garbage. This is also good in search engine point of  view because search engine loves clean html.  But sometime we need to stop this behavior to put our own code. For example you want to put video embed code in the post but Word Press change embed code and the result is video do not work. Another example is you want to highlight some para graph and want to put custom code in the post but when you save post all the code have changed. There are many plugin available that allow you to add videos from popular video website with a single click.  One of them that i use is Viper’s Video Quicktags. There are so many reason to use this plugin in place of others. One of them is it support numbers of video websites as well as support to add flash and flv file. For quick access it add button in editor. To add a video you just need provide video url and other setting like width and height of  the player. Viper’s Video Quicktags plugin create appropriate shortcode and replace them with real code at run time.
