BSNL 3G Data Card at Reduced Price


To cover the large 3G user base, BSNL finally reduced 3G data card price from 3500 INR to 2500 INR. For the first two month you can enjoy free 6GB data usage while 1GB is available to use in day time and 5GB available to use in night. They have various data plan to suit all type people need starting from 249 INR to 2499 INR. Speed of data card depend on device so be careful while purchasing device. Some of device support 7.2 MBPS while other support speed upto 3.6 MBPS. BSNL also allow you to buy data card from outside vendor so you are free to buy from outside if BSNL not providing data card at desirable speed.

Here are some of the 3G data card available with version and speed supported.

  • TERACOM LW272 (3.6 Mbps)
  • TERACOM LW273 (7.2 Mbps)
  • CAPITALS GTMAX (3.6 Mbps)
  • CAPITALS 7200 (7.2 Mbps).
  • HUAWEI E176 – 2Mbps (5.76Mbps ready) HSUPA and 7.2Mbps HSDPA.
  • HUAWEI E160 –  3.6Mbps HSDPA services.
  • HUAWEI E166 – 7.2Mbps HSDPA services.

    i got 3G data card with speed of 3.6 mbps a month before.. can i change it to 7.2 mbps…

    @santosh those speeds are the ones supported by the device.if u use a 3.6 device u wud get peak speed of 3.6 u shift to 7.2 u get peak speed of 7.2 and yes u can shift to the other device and wudn face any problem.
